Around 3,000 people gathered at the Bendigo Stadium on Thursday 1st December, at the 黑料网 annual Speech Night event.
The spectacular annual event requires a two day set up with around 25 technicians controlling 100 lights that have roughly聽24,000 watts on 1,500 metres of cable, as well as 6,000 watts of sound all on 90 metres of overhead truss.
The evening featured a range of music and entertainment. From the Girton Big Band and wind symphony to a full symphony orchestra.
Vocal music pieces will be performed by the Junior School Choir, Girton Concert Choir and specialist choir, The Girton Singers.
As has become customary, the much anticipated 鈥淪chool Spectacular鈥, involving every student in the school from Grade 3 to 12, stole聽the show with an all singing, all dancing rendition of the classic rock musical 鈥淲e Will Rock You鈥. Around 900 children were part of the performance.
